Jarred Coffman
Meet Cadet Captain Coffman. Jarred Coffman is 17 years old and ready for his life to begin. Jarred was part of Baldwin County's first wrestling team, and since then, Jarred placed 3rd twice in BCHS county matches; He was 1 match away from State Championship. Jarred is a crucial part of our AFJROTC program. Along with being our Physical Training Officer, Jarred has many accomplishments within AFJROTC. Jarred was hand selected from our cadets to go Cadet Leadership Course at Keesler Air Force Base, he is a member of our Kitty Hawk Air Society program, which is like a National Honor society for AFJROTC, and Jarred has attained the rank of Cadet Captain. Jarred's freshman year in AFJROTC he was promoted to Element Leader, and over the years he has worked his way up through the ranks. His Junior year he was promoted to Flight Sargent and finally Flight Commander. Jarred is now a member of the AFJROTC Group Staff, holding the rank of Captain and upholding his duties as the Physical Training Officer. One of the most important lessons Jarred has learned is being a leader is not an easy job.

Caitlin Banning
Meet Cadet Major Banning. Caitlin Banning is 17 years old. Through all four years she was in Chorus. She maintains a high grade point average even with advanced placement classes. Caitlin is the Vice President of the Kitty Hawk Air Society Program. Through AFJROTC, Caitlin obtained a Scholastic Medal and Military of Excellence Award. She is also the Vice Commander of AFJROTC. Caitlin learned what it takes being a Major. Her sophomore year, she was Special Assistant, Squadron Commander her junior year, and now Vice Commander her senior year. After high school, Caitlin plans to become an actress and make people feel better about themselves. She plans to work very hard to achieve her goal. The one thing she learned in the AFJROTC Program was how to become a better leader and a better person.
